Our nourishing meals are made fresh, then frozen to lock in flavour and nutrients. They’re ready to be enjoyed when you are!
Place your order by Sunday at midnight and we’ll deliver it to your door on Tuesday.
We currently offer local delivery from Elviria to Estepona as we grow our small, mindful business. Thank you for supporting us and for choosing real food made with care.

To help us deliver your meals at the most convenient time, please select your preferred time slot:
Morning — 9:00 to 13:00
Afternoon — 16:00 to 19:00
We’ll do our best to deliver within your chosen window.

Meals are best enjoyed within three months of delivery.
